Hello everyone, this week's recipe is the Malaysian favourite chicken cooked in turmeric and coconut milk.
Ingredients:
Chicken pieces - 4
Lemongrass - 1
Potato - 1
Coconut milk - 300 ml
To blend:
Garlic - 3 cloves
Turmeric - 2 cm
Ginger - 2cm
Onion - 1 medium sized
Bird's eye chilli - 3
1. Blend the ingredients above into a paste
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the paste along with the lemon grass. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture
Note: Use the back of the knife to bruise the lemon grass
3. Add chicken pieces and cook on one side for 3 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces and repeat.
4. Add coconut milk and potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.
5. Garnish with turmeric leaves (optional)

Berikut merupakan resipi ayam masak lemak yang mudah dan cepat.
Bahan- bahan:
Ketulan ayam - 4
Serai - 1
Kentang - 1
Santan - 300 ml
Bahan kisar:
Bawang putih - 3 ulas
Kunyit hidup - 2 cm
Halia hidup - 2cm
Bawang besar - 1
Cili padi - 3
1. Kisar bahan-bahan di atas sehingga menjadi pes
2. Panaskan kuali bersama minyak dan masukkan pes dan serai. Masak sehingga pecah minyak.
Nota: Gunakan bahagian belakang pisau untuk mengetuk serai
3. Masukkan ketulan ayam dan masak selama 3 minit sebelah. Ulangi untuk sebelah lagi.
4. Masukkan santan dan kentang. Masak selama 20 minit pada api sederhana.
5. Hias dengan hirisan daun kunyit
